File, Flash Memory and Disk Encryption
File, Flash Memory and Disk Memory Encryption adds an authentication by ID Control USB Token entry to your specified files and folders whether on your computer or in the flash memory (up to 2 GB) of the USB Token. To encrypt or decrypt files/folders, simply click on the files/folder and select the encrypt or decrypt command. Even if someone stole your PC or USB Token they still wouldn’t be able to read your files, documents and data without the correct PIN or Password.

Secure Contacts
No matter where you are, once you inserted the ID Control USB Token with Flash Memory into the computer, you can store your contacts in the personal address book in the secured Flash Memory on the Token. The USB Token features strong encryption algorithms to protect your private contacts.

Secure Password Manager is an integrated security software module for ID Control’s USB Token which securely manages all kinds of accounts and passwords for extranet sites and application programs. Secure Password Management helps you to memorize the accounts and the passwords and automatically fills out the username and password for you with only one master password.

Secure VPN Authentication
With the passwords and other user credentials saved in the ID Control USB Token, all the administrator has to do is only hand out the ID Control USB Tokens with the integrated module Secure VPN Authentication to the users. The management of those keys and users will substantially reduce the users’ involvement and hassle. Users can carry out the whole VPN authentication process with great ease and minimum impact and interference.

Secure Server Based Computing
